Policy
We analyse policy and political landscapes, helping clients to understand the policy barriers and levers available to bring about change. Our services include gathering evidence, advising on appropriate policy solutions and policy report writing. We are experts in health and social care policy.

Stakeholders
We identify the key stakeholders with the power or influence to enact change. Through one-to-one interviews, stakeholders events or surveys, we help clients to understand their stakeholders' positions and views. We also devise stakeholder engagement plans to help influence or manage key stakeholder groups. We are well connected within the health policy landscape.

Patient Engagement

We have experience of working with patients to develop patient stories, case studies, focus groups and surveys. 

Influencing
We plan influencing strategies to bring about policy and behaviour change, including stakeholder mapping and campaigning tactics. We understand how to achieve change at the national and local level and the complex landscape of health and social care bodies. We also help clients to develop the argument for change.
Strategy
We create strategies for our clients by analysing the relevant evidence, reviewing options, assessing costings and then providing considered recommendations. We can advise on internal, services, policy and influencing strategies. We work with clients to develop theory of change. 
Evidence
We undertake qualitative research including perception audits. We advise clients on the evidence required to better understand how a desired outcome can be achieved and on the evidence that would aid the persuasion of decision makers. We can also analyse and summarise evidence for internal consumption or create tailored influencing tools.

Facilitation
We plan events and meetings on behalf of our clients that will drive forward thinking, aid decision making, collect views or help parties reach consensus. We are skilled facilitators and public speakers, able to run meetings with senior decision makers and service users alike. We can also organise client team away days and training sessions.
